All Not Sew New products are packaged with care and shipped via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. 
Standard Australia Post parcel shipping (with tracking) for all domestic orders is $10.90.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your packages to arrive.

International Shipping:

Registered International Parcel Post shipping (with tracking) is standard for all international orders.

For New Zealand orders, shipping is $18.50 (AUD)

For all other countries, shipping is $24.85 (AUD)

Please allow up to 30 business days for your package to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

Sale or discounted items are deemed final sale and are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange.

Please note that at Not Sew New we stand for uniqueness and sustainability. Our garments are made using upcycled materials. There may be some minor imperfections due to the materials used to make these unique pieces.
